I am trying to upload videos in .mp4 format and got this message.

Then I tried several other formats and got the same message.

Is video uploading for "paying members" only?

Hi,

Either YouTube links or, as we found out with trying to put up our daughter's musical videos, you have to have it already uploaded, so on your google account/youtube account/et al and use the link from there to paste it on.

Bit of an annoyance, to be honest.
