What do you suggest?

We got this thug in our neighborhood that slashed our tires, punctures them twice with nails (same type of nail), and today we had the screws of THREE of our tires loosened and one of my family members nearly got into an accident on the highway

After it reached this point where someone might die cuz of this, I'm thinking about getting a surveillance camera and I'm even considering confronting this culprit after staking out one night
