EP used to have a private writing space where you could work on a story in a formatted atmosphere, add illustrations, edit. I loved that. They also allowed for anonymous posting of stories.

I've seen people use https://vocaroo.com/ and then share the link. It's not ideal, but it's something if you really want to share your voice.
