I go for DM because I do confuse PM with the afternoon and evenings. In the PM I don't want DM but I am fine to have DM in the AM if you get what I mean.

@Jenny1234 D stands for Direct. DM = direct mail

@Stephie I thought DM was direct message and PM was private message. 🤷‍♂️

@SW-User you are correct. It could be direct message or direct mail. I have always used it as direct mail.
