No it’s likely just his work routine. Some people work in environments where they can’t have their phone to hand.

I would assume it has something more to do with working hours. Or what time zone do they live in and what part of the country or world in a live in.

Any man would only text me if they are professionally or personally associated to me that further means their marital status is Not my concern.
