A woman was out walking with her boyfriend of 3 years, they are supposed to get engaged soon, she gets attacked by a dog, he runs away and just leaves her there to fend for herself. She is asking does she forgive him since they will be married soon? If she ever gets pregnant will he get scared and run away again?

My answer is that I would be done with him, if I cannot feel safe and secure when I'm with you then you don't need to be here, period!

@nonsensiclesnail so do I. She's worried about her engagement I guess but I couldn't stay with him.
@AngelUnforgiven Me either, yet this is a situational issue and I wasn’t there. But the tiny bit I know, I know he would never have my back when it mattered and why bother with this person as a partner?
@JohnOlinger81 I do wonder why he left. Was it fear? Was it to seek help? Did he just not want to be bothered?

@nonsensiclesnail he's a grown man he could have kicked the dog picked up a stick, done something, anything and called 911 at the same time dogs kill people there's no reason whatsoever in my opinion that made it ok for him to leave.

@JohnOlinger81 I'm positive that he was who wouldn't be. What you do is you help save that person you don't run away. What if he has a child who was being attacked would he run then?

@AngelUnforgiven Yes those US bully dog things - but the girls got to be given time to get away and get help. XL bullies - not sure - not so long ago it was dobermans and they are bad enough.
