Why does this pop up when you try to message someone? Is everyone seeing this when you PM someone now??

I know that you can’t message someone more than twice without them responding to you initially. And you can’t send a photo until they have responded to you either. Other than that I don’t know.. but I do think there is a limit so you can’t like mass message people either

I believe that happens when you exceed some limit for sending messages to people you don’t know.

I think there is a limit of how many new people u can message. Just give it a hour and try again

There is a messaging limit if you don’t have VIP.

It's a limitation because the perverts tend to send out too many messages.
