Why does this pop up when you try to message someone? Is everyone seeing this when you PM someone now??

@StevetheSleeve In what kind of time period? Sometimes I don't message anyone for several days...........still blocks any attempt to PM. Also that pops up when you try to leave a photo comment.

@MaBalzEsHari I don’t know how that works. Or ... if it doesn’t count against your limit if the person actually responds.
