Does anyone know if it goes against Instagrams tos to upload content that isn't your own? (Hear me out)

It's not for clout or anything, but it's a private account that I use to keep in touch with a few people,

The only reason I wanna upload content that isn't my own is me sorta saying: "hey guys, check this out, lol"

Not planning on taking credit or anything

As with anything else, cite your sources and 99% of issues will never present themselves

Have a line about contacting you if someone wishes to have their content removed

But since this is a private account and only shared with a few people, who would even care to complain about copyright infringement?
ive seen multi ppl post the same stuff..

dont see the difference..

I was heavily restricted here for posting a link to Nuno's Youtube videos

You have been given restricted usage due to :-

If you commit any further offenses or do not make changes where required, you will be at risk of permanent suspension.
Your account usage is limited until this warning expires.

People usually write, "not my content, dm me for removal or ownership of" or something like that, most of what I see on there is reposted by someone else
