I had to block the guy, his use of capitalization to try to be funny was really becoming annoying. I can see it once in a while, but not every freaking post.

She says that she finds his use of capitalisation annoying - no mention of "yelling" until you bought it up.
If she finds something annoying, then that's up to her and she's welcome to feel however she feels about it... and take whatever action she deems necessary.
