For me i find it immensely helpful to not be focused on SW, especially when doing anything on it. Just throw out some of your thoughts, see what other people think, ignore the things which aren't for you meeting a desirable end, for example being aware of a bigger picture (other opinions).

It's important to understand that there are 50-100 individuals who have multiple personalities and each of them has many fake profiles to mess you up.
There are scammers and seniors who enjoy pretending to be young boys or girls to make a small profit.
It's shameful to see that they adore their own fake users and send messages to each profile user to make it look like they have a lot of friends.
They enjoy talking to themselves.
