Facebook doesn't want me - oh such is the shame! lol

Tried to create a facebook account, and got a message telling me the account connected to my email address has been disabled. 8-) Huh?

Oh well suck it Zuckerberg you can't siphon data from me.

I'm just a little old lady who used facebook to share photos with family members in far flung states. I've been dumped twice. Neither time was based on my content.

The first time, I noticed that my DOB was incorrect and decided to correct it. While doing that, I was interrupted by a pop up message which I clicked on. My facebook page instantly disappeared saying that I wasn't old enough for facebook. That "blackout" lasted two years.

The second time, after I had cleared my cache, I tried to open facebook and it wanted my password. I only have 3 and none of them worked, I was dumped again. That time for about two months. Although, I have my page back, I still don't know the password. It must have a typo in it. I have no idea~

@CestManan I use ad blockers for pretty much everything anyway - esp youtube. But they don't work on android or ios devices, so I initially dumped facebook off my phone, then got right of it totally.

Supposedly they were going to have some virtual world, i imagine that idea vanished like a fart in the wind.

You have to wonder though, why do tech companies and forums always come up with these half baked ideas that go nowhere.

@Funlov I reject the Zucker Fucker's attempts to monetise my use of the Meta platforms (FB, etc.), just like I use ad blockers to view Youtube on my PC (can't with android app so hardly ever do youtube on my phone).
