@jshm2 I understand. But it's not like you think. We've been friends for 11 years, off and on. By now, I think I know her better than she knows herself.

I learned a long time ago not to put anything into any relationship of any kind that I wasn't willing to lose.

I've stayed in touch with her for all these years because she has her merits. She can be quite amusing and we always generate a lot of laughs.

@AlchemyFox 🤔 maybe the issue here is with the term 'undivided attention' (UA). I admit that it does come across as a bit authoritarian, but I doubt you would put up with it either, considering the way you sized me up as being high and mighty for *"demanding"* her UA.

You should know that it was her who requested the VC, knowing that I would have to stop what i was doing and relocate in order to accommodate her, which is essentially giving her my UA, isn't it? Also, I don't demand anything. I do expect equality though, don't you? I'm not a hypocrite.

"Plus you know she's a scammer so what do you expect?" First, I should explain what I mean by 'scammer.' -she will catfish her boyfriends and take it as far as she can. She does it by using different phones and gets them to send money to other family members, thinking they're sending money to another woman. She does it when they want to VC. she'll say she needs data. Lol then she ends up being on the other end of the VC.🤣

What i expect is for her not to hang up on me while im telling her a story that she asked me about, aaand not to message me to tell me she didn't end the call but her modem/ router crashed and was still offline until further notice. I thought she was smarter than that.

If that's too much to expect, then you don't need to tell me you'd never chat with me. I'd never ask
