If you ask me “would you like to chat” and i answer “nope” “No thank you” or “Not interested”. That should be the end don’t ask me why because 9 times out of ten i just do not feel like having a private conversation at the moment.

I find it very rare for a person to say "Not at this moment." which I would talk later. "Nope" pretty much cuts off all future communication by me.

@twistedrope well if you’re sad about a “lost connection” with someone, but they never connected with you that’s more a personal issue. I for one won’t be changing a thing about it.
