As I stood at the entrance to the grounds I was approached by a woman who asked if I was lost. I explained that I wasn't lost but debating with myself which route to take to the café. She immediately recommended a route I hadn't noticed, a trail through the woods. So I followed that
There are memorial benches at intervals along the woodland walk. I thought this one was interesting as it had a much more interesting inscription than most

There was a bench just here to sit on while appreciating the view but it was in severe disrepair
One of the café staff has just come over to clear my table. She asked if it was all finished so I said yes and then she said "Love your outfit, love the red and blue."
Before leaving the café I visited the loo. Of course I went to the gents. There was a man there washing his hands. I'm not sure if I passed or if he simply hadn't seen my face as I walked past him. Anyway he said "The ladies is the other way.". I told him that I knew but wouldn't dare use it these days, definitely not since the Supreme Court decision. He apologized profusely and I assured him that I was simply flattered.
