Seen on my walk.
The tide is unusually high because of the combined effect of the tide, the wind, and melting snow up river.
The small boat pontoons are underwater where they are hinged
The Red Cross have put their search and rescue RIB back in the water
One of the picnic tables is only centimetres above the water
