@TheRealBarbossa Ooh, thank you! I think it's probably mostly luck of the genetic draw but aided by walking a lot. I must admit I've been a bit slack over the winter though and I've been trying to make up for it in the last couple of weeks. And I'm over ten kilos lighter than I was ten years ago, about 72 now, 85 then; I think that helps too.

I do hope it will be when and not if! But I doubt I'll be around to check, I'd be over a hundred by then! :-)
