Feeling well enough for a stroll to the post office to post a couple of parcels. Dressed in my thickest tights and a nice warm jumper (knitted for my late wife by my mother-in-law).

Of course I'll have a coat, hat, scarf, and gloves on when I go out. And I'd better get going because it's already two minutes after solar noon and the sun has started to go down from the giddy height of seven degrees above the horizon!

The shadows are long even at midday here at this time of the year. These pictures were taken between 12:40 and 12:48 about twenty minutes after solar noon.

As i walked past a bus stop I noticed something attached with a zip tie. On closer inspection it was a ziploc bag with a label saying that it contained a crocheted headband and a note asking whoever wanted it could have it. And it asked that the find be reported on the Random acts of crochet Norway on Facebook..
But cold? It's supposed to be much colder, it was about -1 C. And thirty years ago at this time of year there would have been snow covering everything by this time of year.
Almost the end of the year so it seems natural to wonder about random statistics. I've just checked my records for selling and giving away things since I got back to Norway in October. It turns out that I have sold 50 items and given away 27
But I still have 150 listed on the sales platform and plenty that I still haven't advertised.
