Over recent years I've been trying to avoid watching the news because it's been so upsetting, the various war, increase crime just general bad news. I catch the odd things here and there but this certainly slipped through the cracks.

I'm incredibly shocked.

As for Kirk I would need to read up about him but I've been hearing that his political agenda may not have sat well with a lot of people.
I'm very new to this (UK bound)
