Finally notified my friend in France of my arrival day and time. And I've decided how I'm going to present myself. @SW-User might be a little disappointed in me but I'm going to put on a pair of shorts, take off my bra and lipstick. The nail varnish can stay, I think.

My reasoning is that at each little step i take out of the closet that my children should be the first to know.

Just been leafing through The Guardian, found this:

“No one had commented on my appearance until I reached 67, when people suddenly started to notice me,” she says. “It was very strange, but being spotted made me realise I could still achieve something for myself at this stage of my life. I'm not a model and definitely not as good looking but I recognize the situation and sentiment! My hair is not so grey though, what little there is :-)
