However, she came to make me feel this unique horrible feeling of worthlessness that a BPD ex made me feel, triangulated me with ex's just as she did. he was bringing up ex's every other conversation, same theme "i was running after this guy and he treated me like rubbish, because of this I need to keep you at the distance I want you so I'm not uncomfortable" (Standard BDP). Couple her not telling me she had it, with how subtle and gradual their trap is. Once I got those feelings, being a mental health practitioner I put her behaviours against the literature and it fit her insanely well. She actually split last night. I recognised it as a split. We met online, she got her hit of free therapist with the idea that we'd meet in september and build this amazing life. September came, she decided that what I said made her feel the wrong way (didnt matter what I actually said), started faulting every little thing from the past under the sun, said I was "creepy" and "odd" but that we could "talk" and "fix" this. Nope haha.
