Newsflash: People can block you and no one cares why 🫢

I`ve been blocked for numerous things. Not everyone is going to like me. 🤷‍♂️

SW is basically a village. Idk how much gossip there's on reddit or vent, but here we're like the neighbourhood grandmas who comment on every passerby. Someone posts something, people post something about that post; at the same time they think they know every detail of each other's life, create rumors etc. So blocking would be like some villager putting a restraining order on someone.

Since blocks got created 3rd week off SW now by 3 weeks and a day we had ” ____ blocked me so theres a block button now? Why would they block me?”

I've been blocked/muted - I figure they've done me a favor

although there have been a couple that blocked me for something I thought was a joke and I was sorry I hurt their feelings

if they make a post about it you've ruined their whole day 😄

I love when people say they do not care about being blocked and then take the time to make a post about not caring when they get blocked.

Why are you judging people here like you hold a grudge? You’re new here and these issues should not be important to you. If you care too much about what people do here then you’re not going to be happy. I regret caring before about people that dislike me here. I only care if a person that pretended to be a friend blocks me.

The only block that actually bothered me was from someone I thought was a friend. That was disappointing. :(

I’ve always noticed it in waves. There’s some sort of weird internet popularity contest or something. I stay out of the ‘circles’ and have never understood any of it. I just ignore….but if it’s someone who does it a lot, I block them just so I don’t have to keep watching their drama. 😂

Yeah. I posted one time about blocking people. I just felt upset people being rude and has no manners when I post something. They can pass my post but chose to mess around with me. It hurts tho.

There’s even a group about it here. Some people have expressed the opinion that posters shouldn’t be able to "block for no reason". No one does that; everyone has reasons. They may not what be what the blocked person considers good reasons, but it’s still their choice.

I block people who annoy me to the point where I know I’m about to lose my temper; often people who are racists, who basically hate women or don’t see them as human beings, bigots of all stripes, and I rarely regret it. I understand some have complained about being blocked, which I don’t get; surely they weren’t enjoying the conflict either. 😳

Unless we were actual friends who cares who blocks me !!!!!

pity parties and some thrive over it here. I've been wanting to make a post in regards to an habitual hostess of such parties. Attention is a huge portion why in most cases, imo. ... and people flock to them like flies on 💩.

For me...
I block. Others block me, and as to the latter, I've never given a single fuck.

The only time I have mentioned it was when someone blocked me, then went on to attack my character in a reply to my comment that she misunderstood. Now am upset she blocked me ...hell to the no.

Some we like, some we don't get along with, sometimes fights pop up & people whine or get pissed off 😅 shit goes down then everyone else gathers around to watch like 👀🍿
