I can forgive anything. Forgiveness isn't for them, it's about saving yourself.
You can forgive someone even if you never talk to that person again.
Most people think reestablishing trust is part of forgiveness, it isn't.
I sympathise with murderers tbh.

I would find it less easy to forgive someone that abused power over someone that had no control
