I use it when I think a post was clever or funny. I see people use it when trying to ridicule something, but if it’s a serious topic, it sometimes makes me think less of them, for example a guy using it as a reaction to a story about a pregnant rape victim dying from sepsis when the fetus died in utero, but it was illegal to extract the remains.
@LordShadowfire The only explanation that might not make him a monster was perhaps he didn’t believe this had actually happened to someone. But the poster provided a link.
