@KiwiDan Trust me. I'm something of an expert on this. I do it all the time. My brain starts calling me all kinds of nasty names, and I start to think that if I think that of myself, everybody must.

@LordShadowfire fair enough. I'm the same, although this time I've managed to keep enough self awareness to not believe it, even it is incredibly difficult to fight against

@KiwiDan I find it helps to ask people I trust, whether offline or on, for reassurance. Don't ever feel like that's being a burden.
