So is there a valid reason for not messaging new people

(not sure if this is for people titled "new" or if is is for people we haven't messaged before)

sure seems like it is limiting conversations

New or not new, I tend to not message anyone unless we've interacted a few times on the public forums and I feel confident enough that they're not a creeper 🗿
