Is anyone else surprised by how many older people are on this website?

I'm curious, if you're older, what makes SW more enticing than other social media websites like twitter, reddit etc.

Not sure I’m “older” but I’m a lot older than you. This is not my favourite website that I feel at home but I will not go anywhere near Twitter with a barge pole and Reddit is difficult to read. I like Quora but I just read there. I love FB, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube I would be lost without them.

@SW-User Quora has really deteriorated since they added the paywall.

@LeopoldBloom When I want to know a certain question or answer it’s usually Google that takes me to Quora and that’s why I use it.

@SW-User It does have some subject matter experts on it. I've just noticed a change over the past few years. It used to be more of a community.
