VIP’s can see downvotes now on their own posts

@kodiac I don’t think you are. I also thing the poll was just to placate us and make us think we have some sort of a day. We don’t though. They have their vision despite what we want.

That's completely false. Our initial internally agreed plans were going towards completely hiding the Downvotes Count (but keep the Downvote button). However, rather than simply going with our decision, we wanted to hear what users preferred. The poll showed that users wanted to make the downvoters list visible. So we went with what the users voted for, in a way that the Downvote's purpose will continue to make sense.

@Nuno you also asked if we wanted the DV list visible which most do. You didn’t add an option for this to be viewable for VIP’s and only on your own posts/comments. I bet that would have changed the results of the poll.
