How many unopened messages do you have?

I just looked. I have 75 message requests. I never noticed that.

My problem is that currently SW is not letting me reply to my messages or sending me notifications. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem? But if you reply to this, I probably won't get the notifications 🙄

None. I wish that there were an option to turn off messages from other users. I'm just not interested in private conversations on here.
