@Elessar Basically all of Europe apart from France and Spain. It's been a World Cup of upsets. England was losing with 25 minutes left and Harry Kane bailed us out.

@beermeplease yeah getting someone like Messi helps. They need a bit more of that and yeah it's crazy. Soccer is being more popular in the States too. Where as before all our best athletes go into football basketball or baseball because it's where the money is and what's on tv lol

@Turtlepower i am a fan and always will be... i've even seen my boys play in orlando...let alone close to home like seattle or portland....yeah messi is making it better but we need more work. funny though, our whitecaps played miami in mls cup finals last year in fort lauderdale. unfortunately we lost. my brother and friends flew down for the game. after miami won the streets were silent as if they lost or no event happened. had we won here the streets would have went nuts...not sure why miami was sullen but i have my theories
