@FloorGenAdm Hm, yes. But also, he's also only worth about $25 million. Usually Oligarch refers to a billionaire, or someone with a vast fortune and significant power.

The body has 350 receptors for cannabis, it has been linked to successfully treating pain, Parkinson's, MS, and anxiety.

Let them study it. I do not see the point of locking people up for using it. Legalize it after finding how much it takes for someone who can not safely drive a car or operate machinery safely.

@TexChik There's over 10 distributors within 5 mi of me you could buy two and a half ounces a day over here if you want. The tax is 16% and you do have to show ID so you shouldn't buy that much because you do have to have the license to sell it which cost about $50,000.

Cannabis (like most things) don't effect 100% of those who partake in it, in exactly the same way. A rare few don't get any bad symptoms at all.

There are exceptions to every rule. There are old smokers and alcoholics, just as there are people who eat right, exercise, and still die young. But overall, the odds favor those who take care of themselves.
