Let them study it. I do not see the point of locking people up for using it. Legalize it after finding how much it takes for someone who can not safely drive a car or operate machinery safely.

@TexChik There's over 10 distributors within 5 mi of me you could buy two and a half ounces a day over here if you want. The tax is 16% and you do have to show ID so you shouldn't buy that much because you do have to have the license to sell it which cost about $50,000.
