I know how that is. Sorry to hear you've fallen back into it. I've been to rehab for alcoholism and I only lasted a year before I relapsed. Hope you're able to pull yourself out of it. For me, it helps to remember that the relief I get from alcohol is only ever fleeting compared to the negative after effects. And that's when only me who's affected by it.

Seems like a tough cycle to break. I’ve been there, and it’s frustrating. Cutting down little by little helped me instead of going all or nothing. How are you feeling today?

A setback in recovery is not just normal but also to be expected. Don't beat yourself up for this happening.... easier said than done i know.
But.... you have picked yourself up before, you know you have managed to start the healing process before so you will be able to again.
If you ever need to talk or vent message me xx

I know that feeling all too well....recently I've been getting drunk on whiskey and high on cannabis edibles. I can go for months without getting drunk, but whem I relapse, I fall hard.

As a nonalcoholic, I can't relate. But maybe try finding hobbies or distractions to get you away from drinking.

But you're not dirting up a glass.. good job
I know this doesn't help you, but everything and everyone pisses me off too except I have a problem worse than your's..... I don't drink alcohol and I've never had a single drink of booze in my life to try and fix it! 🤣

Like Homer said "alcohol is the cause of and solution to all of life's problems"

Well, you know that's only going to make it worse.
