Sonicare has a traditional head. The Oral B IO has a round head. Both are ultrasonic. If you have a small mouth or have orthodontic appliances installed on your teeth,, you might prefer the Oral B.

I have both . Both work very well.

I have Sonicare. My guess is it doesn't make a lick of difference so long as you use them regularly and properly.

I've got Oral-B but like ViciDraco it's just what I ended up with... So I voted for Elsa cause her teeth look pretty good, LOLZ🤷🏼
