As someone who interacts with people all day long at work, a passive aggressive email requesting that they fix the misspelling of your name is not going to be a big deal. They have had far far far worse. They aren't going to hate you or anything...they don't have time to overthink every email or comment from clients. It's more direct insults or people lying or fleecing then that are going to make them angry.
They'll just assume you were annoyed, fix it and move on with their day.
If it bothers you, you could always pop an email back to them when they reply, thanking them and apologizing If your email sounded aggressive.

@Longpatrol It's worse than that. One of them decayed so badly that the root is damaged
