Ladies what creams do you use for fine lines/wrinkles?

Something not sky high in price...🤔 I see Oil of Olay commercials and the price looks good around $15?

I use a mix of coconut oil, jojoba oil and vitamin e oil. It lasts forever. A little at the end of my shower while my skin is warm and wet. Just got told yesterday at work I look like I'm in my 20s.

Not sure if I count as a lady :-)

But anyway I use L'Oreal Revitalift retinol Day Cream with SPF 30 and L'Oreal Revitalift Night Cream. They are usually about 100 NOK for 50 ml here in Norway (that's about 10 USD). If you have an Aldi nearby they have an own brand that seems to be pretty much the same stuff for half the price, it's called Lacura

@ninalanyon Cool I appreciate it!

I use YSL's 'Or Rouge' face cream and YSL's 'Or Rouge' serum.

Both are excellent, but the serum is especially impressive and leaves my skin feeling silky

@newjaninev2 Thanks!! Is it relatively affordable?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Baybreeze I've also had really good results using Kerstin Florian's Caviar Age-Defence Serum.

I don't bounce around from brand to brand - I think anything needs to be given time to be effective. I mean, I have a lot of cosmetics (seriously!) because lippy comes and goes but skin care is a longer term process, yes?

@newjaninev2 Have you actually tried the Olay Regenerist Cream or just noticed the commercials?

My cousin has used bay leaves for years and looks in her 20s
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GovanDUNNY but is she a teenager? 😂
(I'm sorry - I couldn't help myself)
GovanDUNNY · M
@newjaninev2 she is 18 1/2

Look for creams that have an SPF of at least 15 and also contain peptides (amino acids) and retinoids (vitamin A). You find them listed in skin creams because they help to stimulate production of collagen. Making sure you drink plenty of water and eat healthy balanced meals has a massive impact on your skin too xx

Honestly I just use this..

Relatively inexpensive and super hydrating.

Plus an SPF 15 sunscreen.

I only wash my face -I don't use any creams at all.
I absolutely get lost in a beauty care aisle and have no idea what to buy.
Do you use retinol? You can start with Neutrogena.
cherokeepatti · 70-79, F
@mindstruggle There are some good retinol creams and serums sold at Ross Discount stores for a fraction of the regular retail price and they are better than what is sold in Walmart stores. That’s where I’ve been getting mine for about 15 years.

whatever i use it's from the dollar tree where they have the 1.25$ version instead of the 8-80$ package elsewhere
