Very dry skin

I have a sea weed based cream mixed with essentials oils for my face and body.. its the best I have found.. it’s not cheap as it’s a local business

Im a coconut oil fan. I also like this a lot, but it is pricey so I use it on very rough days. :)

In all honesty, baby oil or some type of body oil. I have struggled with dry skin all my life and one day I went to a gyn appointment and she saw my rashes all over my legs assuming I self harmed. But I told her no, I just itch myself in the sleep because of my dry skin.

And then she recommended me to shower with baby oil and if very dry, use baby oil instead of all the moisturizers who contains alcohol and citrus and chemicals and all other bad things for the skin.

She knew what she was talking about! Now I only use oil no moisture creams.

Jojoba oil works well, is not greasy and makes your skin feel like silk.

The dry skin may be due to the water you’re using to wash yourself. Since menopause my wife has had that issue and she uses a moisturizing body wash and Beekman’s goats milk body butter.

are you bathing/showing in hot water frequently? that's a possibility in causing dry skin.

Don't docs prescribe E45, or whatever it's called?

I like my Hempz lotion. It has various types/scents for your needs. As long as I use it my skin isn't dry

Eat salmon, sardines and avocados

for my hands i use O'keeffe's its the best one around

Lubriderm works well as well as Aloe Cream

I have heard Palmer’s cocoa butter works well.
