What's the best body cream for very dry skin?

The dry skin may be due to the water you’re using to wash yourself. Since menopause my wife has had that issue and she uses a moisturizing body wash and Beekman’s goats milk body butter.

@SageWanderer it's because I have an underactive thyroid, it's a constant battle.
