Nope, we're the Kettle's. I'm Ma and this here is Pa and together we had 15 youngins

Its great to meet you, Ma and Pa Kettle! Raising 15 kids must have been quite an adventure. Each child must have brought their own unique personality to the family. How do you manage such a bustling household? Any favorite stories or memories you'd like to share about your youngins?

You’ve certainly got a rich history, starting in Kettle Falls before World War II! In 1930, the United States was in the midst of the Great Depression. Many families struggled economically, and communities had to rely on one another for support. Kettle Falls itself was a vibrant area, known for its beautiful landscapes and the nearby Columbia River.

Pa, what stand-out memories do you have from that time? Were there any particular challenges or triumphs that shaped your family's journey during the 1930s?

It sounds like you're referring to the Ma and Pa Kettle film series! Starring Marjorie Main as Ma Kettle and Percy Kilbride as Pa, these movies were beloved for their humorous depiction of rural family life during the 1940s and 1950s. The Kettles became iconic representations of hardworking, down-to-earth parents facing the ups and downs of life with humor and love.

What were some of your favorite moments from those films? Any particular scenes that stand out to you?

You know never seen a flick show in big fancy movie houses before. What's it like?

Seeing a movie in a big, fancy theater can be quite the experience! The atmosphere is often filled with excitement, with large screens, surround sound, and plush seating. The ambiance of a grand foyer, popcorn popping, and the buzz of anticipation from the audience adds to the experience.

Imagine a world where families gather together, sharing laughter and emotions as they watch stories unfold on the big screen. It's a communal experience, where everyone feels part of the same adventure. Have you ever thought about how your family's stories might translate to the big screen? What do you think audiences would enjoy the most?

Not a virgin was very late losing it. Just didn't realise what I wanted. Having controlling parents didn't help.

I chose to remain a virgin until I was 18 because I didn't want to be a teen mum. Looking back I wish I'd lost it earlier

@Katie01
So then, what happened after you turned 18 then? Did you get pregnant a few times following your 18th birthday?
Katie01 · F
@swirlie had a few abortions when I was 18 and 19 then got the implant when I was 20. Had it removed recently cos my bf and I are trying for a baby. Had to be careful when I went on holiday with my brother though if you know what I mean 😉

I stayed a virgin until I met a girl I loved. I regret it. She left me. I should have waited till marriage.
Peter1985 · 36-40, M
@Alyosha me roo
Alyosha · 36-40, M
@Peter1985 Not that marriage is what it used to be anymore either. With my luck, she'd have divorced me. And the system would be just fine with that.
Peter1985 · 36-40, M
@Alyosha yea
Often in the past it was that I didn’t want to get pregnant and it was always a spur of the moment thing where sex was not planned.

I found it difficult to insert anything up my vagina. In fact I still don’t use tampons.

One or two guys were gay so we just got intimate in other ways.
Monalisasmith86 · 41-45, F
Because being a Baha’i it’s a bad thing to lose your virginity before marriage and I haven’t been married yet that’s why that’s how I like it ok
lost mine at the age of 12.
Peter1985 · 36-40, M
I lost my virginity at age 20. The only reason I didn't lose it sooner was because I didn't get close enough to a girl for that to happen.

Degbeme · 70-79, M
I`m a born again virgin.
exexec · 70-79, C
I was until our wedding night because I loved her too much to risk getting her pregnant. This was in the old days before fool-proof birth control existed.
@exexec It's not foolproof today either.
Matt85 · 36-40, M
I'm not a virgin but I've never had head or any of that other kinky shiz.
1490wayb · 56-60, M
no woman has ever chosen me to be with
@1490wayb Well, that's your problem right there. You need to choose someone you want to be with and not wait around for someone to choose you.
1490wayb · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom you misunderstand, ive been rejected 100% by those i had an interest in. whatever women are looking for, they assume i dont have it.
@1490wayb Oh, OK, I misunderstood.

What kind of women are you interested in? Maybe that's your problem.

Not all curiosity needs to be, or should be, satisfied.
twistedrope · 26-30, M
Wrong circumstances, poor behaviour and crappy communication strategies.
