That's not the point. Nevermind the circumstances of how much and why you borrowed out the money, as in it wasn't a gift to your new boyfriend, it was borrowed to help him (or her, this can go both ways). And, then they completely ghost you after the fact....

You'd just shrug your shoulder and say to yourself "Oh well, it was a wonderful relationship while it lasted"?
