I hate working but I’m so bored when I don’t

I can’t trust myself with not working for a long time and being by myself with my alcoholism. Last time I did, I went on a self-destructive wine bender. Traumatized myself and now just seeing a bottle of wine makes me cringe.

Take courses in something you like; visit interesting places near you that you can get to; make lists of things you should be doing (that's what I do lol )

I'd say workout but you clearly already do so knitting?

Lol, you don't have a never ending list of chores you never quite seem to get round to doing???

Travel and explore the world. Leave the working to others. 🙂
