How do you deal with anxiety?

I'm really struggling with it at the moment and none of my usual methods are working.

Having dogs, meditation, long baths, some kind of fun exercise. It's good to burn off the excess energy physically sometimes then try to relax.

lately i鈥檝e been watching sims 4 speed build videos on youtube when i get more anxiety than normal, it鈥檚 super sped up so when my brain is racing it helps it focus on something that鈥檚 not what i鈥檓 spiraling about

@purplepen I do knit sometimes, but I'm rather slow so it takes a while. I'm anxious because my university exams just started so I don't really have a lot of time. thanks for the suggestion tho <3

I have sleep anxiety I am struggling and worrying about my lack of sleep gives me more anxiety resulting in more lack of sleep.
I take hours to fall asleep but recently watching some calm travel videos and playing badminton regularly has helped me a lot. Also do some Buddhist Meditation it helps so much.

Inhale, and exhale saying 'Om' you can literally feel the anxiety going out of your body.
