I have sleep anxiety I am struggling and worrying about my lack of sleep gives me more anxiety resulting in more lack of sleep.
I take hours to fall asleep but recently watching some calm travel videos and playing badminton regularly has helped me a lot. Also do some Buddhist Meditation it helps so much.
Also I like this video it gives me instant relief:

Chant Om along with video.
Inhale, and exhale saying 'Om' you can literally feel the anxiety going out of your body.
