I'm a Lancashire lad. Sometimes, I go all day without speaking and just live in my head. I know that sounds depressing, but I really take time to think about things, read, look out of the window. It's like rebooting my soul. I'm a bit of an introvert. When I finally speak to someone, my voice sounds hoarse because I've been quiet for eight hours straight 😊

I cook, I watch videos or I excercise. If I have a book i want to finish and I'm not too super stressed and the book is average, I'll read.

If I have a book I absolutely am obsessed with, I may not cook, watch videos or exercise and binge read for a few days. I pray I have food prepped for when this happens again.

Just sit and it enjoy the quiet.

I share a small apartment. I get up at 5am and enjoy the solitude until I start working at 7am. Watch old TV shows, make a cappuccino, make breakfast, feed the cat, check my social media and generally have some slow quiet me time.

This is why i was a night owl for so long. Less noise, nobody needs me to things and I can just get completely immersed in whatever i decide to do with that time.

When weather is nice sit out next to fire pit drink some beer and just relax from evening into night

Play cards with a real deck of cards and not on a computer screen
Read a book

Aside from playing music, I watch Britcoms or music on Youtube.

I have tinnitis, so if everything is quiet, I like to find out why my sound machine turned off

Meditate.
