I navigate the shadows easily

We have motion lights at the top and bottom of the stairs.

No lights on. I want it as dark as possible. Because of lights outside the house it is never actually dark enough for me.

I never used to have lights. Used to need darkness. Now though I have night lights. In my bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom. Kinda have gotten afraid of the dark. Tell myself that it's so I don't bump into anything...but i know this house. I could walk it with my eyes closed

I used to be able to see in the dark really well, with just ambient light. However, once I moved to this oven of an apartment I began to need fans everywhere, and an air purifier in the bedroom. ALL of them have bright blue and orange LED's. I wish I could disable them, TBH.

nope, i take great measures to make it as dark as possible. even in daytime my bdrm is pitch black without a light

can't sleep with the lights on it bothers me too much so it would have to be dark

There’s a night light in the bathroom, but the rest of the flat is dark. I’ve always been able to see relatively well in the dark.

Can't sleep with lights on inside - I don't mind light from outside....
