It’s my birthday
And I can cry if I want to.
Thursday we went to Universal Citywalk and had dinner. It was a late dinner, but at least it finally happened. It seemed like forever trying to get out the door.
Then we walked around.
I’m glad to have had friends to go with…
I just wish we would have don’t something other than walk around. The cheapest thing was $20/person, and I would have been able to afford me and a couple other people…
But no one was interested, even though I offered. I don’t care if it’s me spending. I just wanted to do something fun.
I’m glad to have had the company, but somehow I just feel like it was uneventful. The dinner was the best part of the night, and going into The Hardrock Cafe looking at the rock memorabilia was cool…but I don’t know. It just felt like they were sending a message to me that they didn’t see the point in doing anything else. There’s $50 sitting in my Cashapp. We could have afforded at least mini golf.
Friday (technically today) is my birthday. We are going to the actual Universal Theme Park. Hopefully we do something. Walking around to me is boring. I want to experience something new and exciting. At my age, I still feel a little of my youth peeking out. It says I still have fun to explore. I feel the need to live, and to feel alive. I can’t let that go to waste because I’m not getting any younger.
