Sooo yesterday I had this rare, magical 2 hr break between shifts and thought, “This is it. My moment. My peace.” 😌
Naturally, I decided to use that time to… get my wisdom tooth removed. 🫠
Told my dentist, “Don’t make the anesthesia too strong, I still have my second shift.”
He’s like, “I can give you a med cert so you can rest.”
And your favorite frog here goes, “Nah, I’m built different.” 💪
Fast forward: I am not built different. I am built dumb!!!
Spent the rest of my shift looking like I was chewing invisible food and rethinking my whole decision.
Ended up in the ER begging my roomie (who works there) for a shot in the butt and she was laughing at me.
Anyway, it’s my day off now so I’ll just be here, dilly dallying and trying to pretend I’m not in mild agony 🐸
