about my question

i noticed that when i ask a question on here lately and then i goggle something about it, my question shows up on google, like when i was asking about the guy smoking on oxygen and later goggle something about people smoking on oxygen my question comes up, its like similar worlds puts it on goggle, anyone else have that happen? just curious why they do that.

It's not that similar worlds puts it on goggle it's that your phone remembers everything you type or look up.

Your phone is watching you.
@Anielka And people worry about tracking chips in vaccines. The real conspiracy is these little computers with cameras and microphones we're all holding in our hands.
Anielka · F
@LordShadowfire it's easier to track you and watch you with your phone cause we spend 90% of our time looking at it or using it for something.
It might be about your accounts setting …

I remember somewhere in there (probably the privacy section) it asks if everyone would be able to see your profile and probably your posts …

@Nimbus bloody hell nimby will we never see the last of ryan giggs lol
The first point is anything that is offered us free? Well you are the product. All the search engine and other systems. Are paying attention to what we search for and in some cases even what we speak about, depending on the technology. So if you did a Google search for green poodle surfboard. Odds are you will see that popping up in some feed or advertisement they’re paying attention, but I distrust of the motives

Possibly your question here was picked up by an AI bot and put on Google.

Its always been that way even with Experience Project

It’s google or googling, not goggle
Goggling things on Google is one of my favorite hobbies. 😆

But no, seriously, I've noticed that, too. I'll ask a question here, then I'll Google it, and my question is the first result.
It depends on a setting when you are creating a new post

You can also go back and edit this setting for existing posts, unfortunately with both new and existing posts, it has to be changed manually for every individual post; there is no universal setting for all new posts to be "limited" or "private" on SW, in contrast to Facebook, which lets you set the visibility one time (so you never have to think about it again) for all new posts ... SW ought to copy that idea
