I suppose a lot of people might consider my hometown kind of boring. I can see that. But I also have seldom taken advantage of the opportunities that do exist here, so there's that.
Smithville, TN Even the name is boring. I am grateful I grew up in a beautiful safe town, but there is nothing there for anyone unless you're a farmer or a retiree. 😒
@bijouxbroussard at least someone likes it. I've been to san Fran also years ago. I liked the vibe. If you ever see me about don't be afraid to say hey

Mine is the ghetto called Surrey, BC. It wasn’t that bad there until the late 80’s but it’s almost a war zone now with drive by shootings, drugs, other criminal activity.
It's more or less okay but I don't want to spend the rest of my life here. I crave a new experience but I have no specific place in mind where I would like to relocate.
I used to love it . It was a perfect hide-away with no traffic lights and a big river to enjoy. Then some realtors found it. Sold houses dirt cheap to cityfolk that use it as a vacation spot. Took over the local government, so they could auction off the land next to the river and let asshats put no trespassing signs on what should be community property.
Las Vegas. It’s okay. I like the convenience of a 24-hour town. When I’d moved to Salt Lake City, I was surprised I couldn’t just go grocery shopping after getting off work at 1 a.m.
I live in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains Canadian mountains hour and a half to the city choir community nature all around you couldn’t ask for anything better
