He took a picture of me.

I ordered an iced coffee today from doordash. Well, the guy took a pic of me walking away to confirm I got it then sent it to me via door dash app. I was like, why did he take a pic of me for? He was from India not sure if they do it that way in his country but why the picture tf.

I think a lot of doordash customers are starting to have their order when they drop it off a picture just like Amazon because so many doordash people will get a call saying oh well they never delivered my food pictures worth a million words

@dale74 Yes. I am a door dash customer and they absolutely take a picture of the item delivered to my front door and send it to me.

If it was a guy from SW i'd say he was getting off on you picture, but the door dash guy probably just needed a confirmation or he thought you are cute, and not in a weird SW way.

@disturbedchicken 🤔yes very weird of somebody taking a random pictre of you that was a total stranger . if he wanted a picture all well and good but he should of asked you pemission first and give you the choice too say no i do not want too thank you

Lots of people scam food deliveries, maybe he is just documenting you got it

GrubHub has a passcode you have to enter in the delivery persons phone

I've never had a doordash driver do that. You should check with doordash to see if it's a new requirement. If not, report him.

Amazon takes a picture of their deliveries and I get an email.

No in our country India, delivery guys don't do this.... People are respectful here...

Be careful next time if any guy take your pics this way.... You can do complain too
